We do not control carrier fees and cannot modify shipping prices manually.

Kushfire is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to insufficient address details
  • Re-shipping costs for returned packages

If the package returns to us due to incorrect information, the customer must pay additional shipping fees to resend it.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Kushfire is not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
  • Damage caused during transit

8. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Some items may be offered as pre-orders or produced in small runs.

  • Ordering multiple items together means they ship in one package when all items are ready.
