Kushfire – Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Kushfire. Because our products are produced in small, limited batches, all sales are final.
Please read the policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s mistake
  • Minor print variations (common with screen-printed items)

Please make sure to review product details and sizing before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective, or
  • incorrect,

you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To request assistance, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email].
Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue
  • a brief description of the problem

We will review the request and provide next steps.

3. Conditions for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund may be issued only if:

  • the product arrived damaged before use,
  • the wrong item was shipped,
  • there is a production error beyond normal handmade variation.

Items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • unused
  • returned in original condition (if requested)

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clothing that has been worn or washed
  • Accessories showing signs of use
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Limited-edition products without production defects
  • Sale items or discounted drops

5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • In cases where return shipping is required, the customer is responsible for return postage unless otherwise stated.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment service.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Kushfire is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as “delivered” but not received.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility shifts to the customer.
